Have spent the afternoon creating some new content for the School for Social Entrepreneurs' homepage using a new tool to me: Feed Digest. Absolute genius: allows you to mix RSS feeds into one feed, allows you to then incorporate that content easily on your website (as html, as php or whatever), allows you to customise it and so on. Numerous applications of this, so will be using again. You can check my trial uses on the SSE homepage above: one is a simple feed of SSE Delicious links, while the other is a mixed 'sector' news feed (with a social enterprise leaning).
You can also use RapidFeeds MySite to display any RSS or Atom feed on your website for free. With MySite you can automatically generate the code for the feed's content in the preferred programming language with a click of button.
You can choose from an array of popular languages such as PHP, ASP, CGI and also JavaScript and IFrames. A variety of different templates and colors are offered for the MySite content panel and there is also an option for completely customizing its appearance according to your needs by modifying the CSS.
Go to http://www.rapidfeeds.com to start displaying feeds on your website...
